MAGNUM OF VOLCANIC AUVERGNE WHITE! 2/3 Chardonnay, 1/3 Chardonnay Muscaté organically cultivated in basaltic clay soils on the Gergovie Plateau just south of Clermont-Ferrand in the Auvergne. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, and spontaneously ferment and age for 8 months in 350 & 500L barrels. Blended before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV
