The Details

60 year-old Chardonnay organically cultivated in Anderson Valley. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age 2 years in barrel, some of which are topped up, others are not (slightly sous voile). Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
