The Details

This is a light red near and dear to our hearts - a ridiculously elegant, while bona fide wild - take on Cinsault from Lolita Sene who works at the edges of the Southern Rhône where it meets the Languedoc.

Vinification: 100% Cinsault hand-harvested. 50% direct press, 50% 6 day maceration, spontaneous fermentation in neutral barrels with indigenous yeasts. Aged 5 months in neutral barrels on the lees. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
