The Details
100% Moscatel de Alejandría from a mixed-age vineyard with the average vine being ~70 years-old. Grapes are hand-harvested from a single plot in Portezuelo in the Itata Valley of Southern Chile and destemmed, macerate for 2 weeks in stainless steel before pressing and a 1 year élevage before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
