The Details

100% País from unbelievably old vines (250+ years-old) in Chile's Maule Valley where there are red clay/granitic soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo 10 day semi-carbonic maceration in stainless steel prior to a further 8 months aging also in steel. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<15ppm) added SO2.
