The Details
100% old, old-vine País from the sandy/granitic soils of the Maule Valley in Chile. Grapes are hand-harvested, 50% get whole-cluster carbonic maceration for 8 days while others are destemmed and spontaneously ferment. The juices are blended after alcoholic fermentation and the wine is bottled very young in a primeur style. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2 at bottling. 11% ABV
