The Details

100% País from vines over 200 years-old in the Maule Valley cultivated by Sergio Perez (who has over 70 vintages under his belt!). Grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed via zaranda. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in pipas. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
