About the wine
100% Montepulciano, from young vines grown in ancient, ochre-sand soil. Hand harvested, with full carbonic maceration in tank, then several months rest in acacia oak. On the nose, you smell a freshly baked rhubarb cake with hints of spice. On the palate, it's Captain Crunch Crunch Berry cereal, with a touch of jalepeno and brioche. This wine will continue to evolve, so taste over several hours, after which the bread will lift and more fruity joy will emerge. Pair with sourdough pizza covered in onions.
