The Details
100% Montepulciano, from a 0.5 hectare plot 35-year-old vines, planted on ancient sandstone. A rose obtained from overnight maceration on the skins, transferred to fiberglass to rest. Luca's smallest production wine. On the nose, cherry cordial and lemongrass, on the palate, a cranberry goat cheese log, with several sips of a triple berry Lacroix spritz. Note: this wine is a little tempermental, and while absolutely joyful on first opening, it can go a little mousy after a few hours. Enjoy with friends during peak park picnic season.
