The Details
80% Trebbiano and 20% Moscato and Sbacarina, coplanted in a 35-year-old vineyard. Cofermented in stainless steel and rested in fiberglass. Creamsicle, canteloupe on the nose, with hints of lemon mint and verbena. The palate is initially lush, with lemon meringue pie, banana, and freshly cut honeydew. Later, it grows more elusive and herbal, with a clean finish. Pair with scallops, or your favorite summer ceviche.
