The Details

100% País from the roughly 200-year-old Chimiltito vineyard near Ninhue in Northern Itata on alluvial loam soils over sedimentary bedrock at 110m altitude, about 45km from the Pacific Ocean.. The grapes were harvested by hand, destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tank with roughly 3 weeks of maceration on the skins. Raised in the same vessel until bottling the following March. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 14%ABV
