The Details

From alpine Italy this Alto-Adigean orange wine is 100% Müller-Thurgau from limestone/clay soils planted 300-720m above sea level. The grapes are hand-harvested and manually destemmed. Macerated and spontaneously fermented for 20-25 days in open-top steel vat. The wine is pressed into tank and aged a further 6 months prior to being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
