The Details

From Anne Buiatti, this is co-fermented Bordeaux: Primarily biodynamically cultivated Sémillon with Malbec/Cabernet Sauvignon from 30+ year-old vines. Destemmed, foot-trod, spontaneously fermented in a mixture of neutral barrel and amphora prior to élevage in amphora for at least six months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
