The Details

2/3 Gamay, 1/3 Chardonnay (with a splash of Savagnin). Gamay is from 80 year-old vines on Raphael Saint-Cyr's Bellevue terroir in the Beaujolais; the Chardonnay is from 40 year-old vines in Saint Lothain that was taken over from Alexandre Plassat in 2024 - name of parcel is Au Couvent. Co-fermented and aged for 10 months in neutral barrel. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12% ABV
