The Details
100% Gamay from vineyards in Lancié (the town neighboring Morgon). This cuvée sits between the entry Raisins Gaulois & the appellated Morgon. Grapes are hand-harvested, semi-carbonically macerate for 10-21 days befre pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 6 months in cuve before bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
