100% Montepilas, a local white grape of Andalucia, farmed organically on chalky albariza soils, vinified entirely in stainless steel tank. While it looks and acts like an orange wine, this sees no maceration Spicy citrus oil aromas, with a bright, juicy palate of oranges, apricot, and a long minerally finish reminiscent of iron. Drink with a fleshy fish, or with lightly spiced curry dishes.
