Marenas, Casilla Las Flores

100% Pinot Noir, from 11-year-old vines grown on chalk and sand. Destemmed, and pressed directly into tank, with brief maceration. Rested in stainless steel, no additions whatsoever. A delightfully vibrant, crunchy Pinot, that almost drinks like a rose, but gives enough tannins and fruit at the end to remind you of the warm terroir. Rustic, with vibrant cherry coulis and a hint of peppercorn. Drink lightly chilled.
