100% Sauvignon Blanc. Superbly pure right from the start to its long finish, light and delicately fruity but showing absolutely no sign of weakness but a consistent body instead. A superb first cuvée and one to get hooked on.

Marie Rocher is a new winemaker who has been dealing with wine for a long time. Editing and publishing books about wine for many years, she decided to move to actually producing the stuff about 5 years ago and after being trained by some of the best natural winemakers she released her first vintage in 2018.
