About the wine

75% Cinsault 25% Grenache from organically cultivated vines in the northern Rhône planted in deep granitic soils. Pressed and spontaneously fermented separately in concrete tanks prior to blending and bottling not long thereafter. Le Preyna is the name of the very old parcel from which these grapes are sourced. Zero/zero.
