The Details

Biodynamically cultivated Veltliner and Traminer from Stará in Znojmo. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified a la infusion (whole-cluster Traminer with directly pressed Veltliner in the same tank, semi-carbonically macerate for 10 months) before pressing. Aged in a combination of amphora and neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
