100% Muller Thurgau. Grapes hand-harvested, fermented with wild yeasts and bottled before fermentation completes, creating a natural fizz. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2, undisgorged. Chill the bottle way down before opening (pop it in the freezer!) and open with a glass at hand. This bottle tends to be a little explosive!
