100% Pinot Noir, mostly destemmed & macerated for about 2 weeks. Aged in foudre. Zero/zero.

"Of all the wines made in 2021, I think the Pinot best captures the evolution underway at the winery. In past years, the Pinot Noir was picked a little earlier and assembled with Pinot Gris, the latter of which tended to dominate its aromatic presentation. This year, it's 100% Pinot Noir, thanks in part to wood that Martin and Alanna grafted from Bruno Schueller."
