The Details

From Nitra in Slovakia, this is 100% Pesecká Leánka. The grapes are hand-harvested from young-vines outside the village of Čajkov. 2-day maceration followed by pressing into 1000L stainles steel tank. Spontaneously fermented and matured for a short period of time sur lie. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 12.5%ABV
