100% Falanghina, macerated on the skins for three days and rested in stainless steel. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulfur at bottling. A wine that brings up ample debate about orange wines as the color is a light gold and the wine lacks any distinctive “funk.” Instead, it is superbly elegant, with ripe bergamot, citrus and white plum on the nose and palate, with a refreshing salinity and a whiff of volcanic smoke on the end. Chewy and voluptuous, perfect for grilled fish.
