From 45 year-old vines, Macabeu and Muscats Alexandrie & Petit Grains. Grapes are hand-harvested from limestone/clay soils in the Roussillon from a single vineyard (Coume de l'Olla). 2-week whole-cluster maceration followed by pressing and spontaneous fermentation and aging in concrete vat. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
