The Details

Macabeu, Muscats d'Alexandrie & Petits Grains all co-macerated/spontaneously co-fermented. Maceration is whole-cluster, 3-4 weeks in concrete. Wine is then racked to 2500L foudres to age sur lie prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 

The wine is named after Nathalie Gauby's (Tom's wife) Grandmother, Marguerite.
