The Details

100% Gamay from biodynamically cultivated vines in the south of the Beaujolais. Grapes are hand-harvested and given a short carbonic maceration during which the wine is bottled a la ancestral method (pét-nat) producing a sparkling red. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
