About the wine

A Bordeaux-blend with a twist of Shiraz, Cabernet and Merlot, made only in exceptional vintages. The elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon, the ripeness of Shiraz and the herbal taints of Merlot make together a Beach Boys harmony. Medium body with aromas of black berries and smoky toasted spices that give way to chocolate and tobacco. On the palate: spices, ripe purple fruit, pepper, rich spicy fruitcake and wet forest floor. Unfined and unfiltered, with a touch of sulfur at bottling.
