The Details

Old-vines of Macabeo biodynamically cultivated in Vilalba dels Arcs, Terra Alta, Catalunya. Grapes are hand-harvested from vines planted to sandy-clay-loam soils with limestone bedrock at ~500m elevation. Directly pressed to vat for spontaneous fermentation and aging of 1 year also in vat. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2 and rested in bottle a further 2 years before release.
