The Details
First ever vintage of this wine, this is 100% Daw al-Amar (translation: 'Moonlight') from organically cultivated 50 year-old vines in the ancient Bekaa Valley of central Lebanon. Grapes are hand-harvested, and macerate for two weeks in stainless steel tank prior to pressing and spontaneous fermentation. Aged in a combination of neutral oak & Georgian Qvevri. Blended and bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5%ABV
