The Details
100% biodynamically cultivated Grüner/Gelber Muskateller/Riesling from Austria's Weinviertel. Grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously ferment in a mix of stainless steel vat and neutral barrel prior to a 10 month élevage on the fine lees. Bottled thereafter unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
