From the southern Czech Republic's Moravia, this is a spontaneous co-fermentation of directly-pressed Müller-Thurgau, Neuberger & (Moravian) Muscat grapes. The juice ferments in old wooden barrels before being bottled under crown-cap a la ancestral method (with residual sugar that ferments to dry under crown-cap thereby capturing the let-loose CO2). Disgorged. Zero/zero.
