About the wine

"Youngster" is Milan's nouveau wine, made from the fresh 2018 juice of young vine Pinot Gris and Neuburger. The wine ferments with indigenous yeast for two months before going into bottle unfined, unfiltered and with zero SO2. Tangy kumquat and lychee juice, with a nose that reminds us of the best pina colada. Limes, limes, limes! Bright and fresh, just like a nouveau should be.
