The Details

Excellent biodynamically farmed skin-contact wine from the Little Carpathians in Slovakia, near Bratislava. 80% Welschriesling, 20% Grüner Veltliner, grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for 24 hours prior to pressing. A combination of neutral barrel and tank for spontaneous fermentation and 10 month aging. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<20ppm) added SO2.
