The Details

From Ribeira Sacra in Galicia, this is a co-fermented Mencía, Garnacha tintoreira, Godello, Treixadura, Palomino that comes out like a more aromatic classic Galician red. Grapes are biodynamically cultivated, hand-harvested, co-fermented (spontaneously) and age in a combination of neutral barrel and amphorae. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13% ABV
