About the wine

Barbera, Bonarda, plus a small percentage of other local red grapes. The must is left to macerate with skins, without temperature control, for at least 15 days. After a winter period on its fine lees, the wine is bottled in spring without any filtration. Secondary fermentation is completed via the ancestral method.
