The Details

Organically cultivated Huxelrebe, Gewürztraminer, & Chardonnay. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 10 days prior to pressing. Spontaneously fermented and aged in large neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
