The Details

100% Albariño from an assemblage of plots all aged 25-45 years-old. Grapes are hand-harvested, gently whole-bunch pressed and the juice spontaneously ferments in stainless steel tank prior to maturation for 6 months in a mix of vessels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
