The Details

100% Negroamaro from organically cultivated very old (80+ years-old) vines planted to the deep clayey soils of Salento, southern Puglia. Grapes are hand-harvested, and spontaneously ferment and age to order (this was aged about 18 months) in concrete vat before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12% ABV
