The Details

Dry gin from a neutral base spirit distilled from 100% organically grown New York corn. Main botanicals are: juniper, bergamot, apple blossom, cubeb, lemon, orange, cassia, cardamom, coriander, angelica, and orris. Juniper macerates in the corn distillate prior to second distillation with remaining botanicals. Hybrid pot/column still. 43% ABV
