The Details

100% Grüner Veltliner from the northern reaches of the Kamptal. The antithesis of the classic wines of the region which emphasized ripeness and power, this is supremely light, crisp and bottled with a tiny bit of spritz. 

Directly pressed, the wine ages for a short period of time prior to being bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 11.5%ABV
