The Details
100% old-vine Fer Servadou from the southwest corridor of the Tarn department which borders the Aveyron in France's southwest. Grapes are hand-harvested from biodynamically farmed vines and undergo a long and gentle maceration before pressing and aging for 12 months in concrete eggs. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<20ppm) added SO2. 13.5% ABV
