The Details
From biodynamically cultivated vines in the Minervois of Southern France, this bone-dry, spectacular rosé is composed of 90% Grenache from old-vines and 10% Mourvèdre from younger vines. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly, gently pressed and spontaneously ferment in concrete prior to aging for 6 months also in concrete. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
