The Details
100% Nebbiolo from Monferrato, vines are biodynamically cultivated and ~20 years old on average. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and whole-berry spontanouesly ferment in small stainless steel vat. Élevage lasts up to 12 months thereafter prior to bottling unfined, coarsely filtered, no additional SO2. 14.5% ABV
