The Details

80% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Blanc from biodynamically farmed vines on kimmeridgian limestone & chalky soils in Les Riceys. Grapes are hand-harvested, and vinified separately with aging sur lie for 1 year in barrel before secondary fermentation in bottle with a vintage base wine (here 2022) blended with a solera of reserve perpetuel. Sur latte aging in bottle before disgorgement and release unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
