The Details

The Venetian side-project of Costadilà! This is 100% Verduzzo Trevigiano, a native grape of eastern Veneto. 34 year-old vines in clay/limestone/marl soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for a short period of time prior to a short maturation, all in neutral demi-muid. Secondary fermentation in bottle with the must from the same vintage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. Undisgorged.
