The Details

An annual collaboration between Oriol, Albert (Celler Tuets), and Cesc/Joan (Celler Frisach) -- Pansa Blanca/Rosada from Oriol, Parellada from Albert, Garnatxa Gris from Frisach. Grapes are hand-harvested, and co-macerate for 3 months before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral vessel before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11% ABV
