Old-school natural Mezcal from Familia Santiago Méndez in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca. This delicious Espadín Mezcal is from an 8 year-old Angustifolia agave which was Tahona milled and cooked in a conical underground oven with spontaneous fermentation occurring in a pine wood vat and spring water aiding a twice distilled agave spirit in a wood-fired copper still. No other additives - unfined, unfiltered, no sulfur, etc. 42% ABV
