The Details
"Eglantine" is the cuvée I've been told is delicious but of this release will need the most time to lay down - 6 months to a year is the typical time frame but hard to say! Could be weeks - and come into its own. I am talking primarily about relatively fast mouse upon opening rn. Fwiw I love Eglantine deeply and have had the most experience with this cuvée. One and a half month maceration of Cabs Franc/Sauv from 80 year-old vines.
