The Details
This is your new favorite rosé from Niagara Peninsula (Canada!) that is joyously deep, dark, and savory with a truly bright and brambly character through the palate. From Francois Morissette of Pearl Morissette working in Ontario, Canada (20 Mile Beach VQA and Creek Shore (Niagara Peninsula) VQA).
Vinification: A blend of young-vine Pinot, Gamay, and Merlot directly-pressed and co-fermented (spontaneous fermentation; ambient yeasts) before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, with a touch of additional SO2.
